DESCRIPTION:The international conference on Person-Centred Integrated Care in Viljanen County\, Estonia was titled “MARTA\, where you at?” and devoted to the presentation and discussion of the results of the Vijandi PAIK Integrated Care Service Initiative project in attendance of the Healthcare and Social Support ministers of the Estonian government.
