The eighth of a series of 10 JADECARE_EU thematic workshops was very successful. The workshop was hosted by the Regional Health Agency Toscana in Italy on the 30th of June and the 01st of July. The event was performed in close collaboration with the original best practice model from the Basque country.
Attendees from different EU member states participated in the hybrid event and presented their implementation status with a focus on their integrated care actions.
- On the first day, Next Adopter teams from Italy, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Portugal, and the Republic of Serbia presented their local implementation progress. Subsequently, bottlenecks, experiences, challenges, solutions, and learnings of each of the partners were compiled in a joint workshop session. The first day closed with a city walk in Lucca.
- On the second day the compiled findings of the first day workshop were elaborated in breakout groups and discussed. The second day then focused on an exchange of the sustainability actions of all partners even beyond JADECARE.
Overall, it was a successful thematic workshop with many value-added insights!!!
